Hobbies:

As a „balance“ to my work in the real estate branch I have a high interest in technology in my private life  – especially in developments in the computer branch. Beyond that I do different types of sport – specifically endurance sports and diving.

Professional life:

Already during my studies of law I was active in the house management of my father and later also as a voluntary in the attorney’s office Hans Biletti KG. In 1996 I absolved the concession examination for real estate trustees (managers and brokers). In 1999 I acquired the attorneys office Biletti together with my brother Marko and joined it with the joint attorney’s office with the parent office in the Frankgasse 2.

In 2001 I successfully absolved the postgraduate seminar „Facility Management“ at the Donau-University Krems.

Since July 2005 I have been holding the position as president of the Austrian Association of Real Estate trustees (ÖVI). I am a specialist lecturer of the ÖVI Real estate Academy for the topics Real Estate Management and Facility Management, as well as the calculation of real estate and practical house management. Beyond that I am a lecturer at the Technical University Vienna and the Donau-University Krems.

„In my profession it is extremely important to have the willingness to face the new and complex problems of the branch every day and to enjoy growing with these tasks. Specifically this aspect makes my profession so interesting for me. Working successfully in the real estate business will undoubtedly make you experience an expansion of horizon – on a professional and personal level. The contact with many different people with different problems requires and promotes the ability to think flexibly and to elaborate custom-tailored solutions on short notice.“

Hobbies:

I like to spend as much time as possible with my family. Sports also play a large role in my private life – from handball to running all the way to soccer. As a passionate hunter I spend much time in nature. Culinary arts also plays a major role in my leisure time  – good food is pure pleasure for me.

Professional life:

My professional carrier commenced in 1993 in my parents company. Together with my brother Udo I took over the attorney’s office  Hans Biletti KG in 1999. Both companies were joined in the Frankgasse 2 at the current company residence in the 9th District in Vienna. In 2002 the protocolled individual enterprise attorney’s office  Mag. Walter Sobotka was acquired. In 2004, the three companies were joined to form the Weinberger Biletti Immobilien GmbH. In 2005 my brother and I acquired the WEVIG Graz Real estate law firm that carries the name „Weinberger Biletti Immobilien Graz GmbH“ since 2006.

After finishing the AHS A-levels, I absolved the TU course Technology & Law in property management with the degree as academically certified specialist property manager. Beyond that I am a registered real estate mediator.

As manager of Weinberger Biletti Immobilien I take care of the handling of larger restorations and personnel management next to the classic management tasks.

My work is extremely diverse. The cooperation with customers, professionals and authorities makes every working day an adventure, as the goal is to bring the most different of interests together and to find a solution that is acceptable for all parties. Together with my team I discover new solution approaches and viewpoints on a daily basis.”

Because real estate is immobile, we must be all the more mobile to satisfy our customers!

I work on restoration and construction projects, whereas I have great interest in a positive development of the city image of Vienna. I am also responsible to ensure that my employees have a good work climate, good working conditions and that they receive advanced and further training opportunities. They return these efforts to me on a day to day basis with performance, dedication and company loyalty.

With our company, I see the chance to significantly influence the service component of the Austrian real estate market – following the motto „Limitation is a creation of your mind!“

My greatest hobby is to spend my leisure time with my children. I also enjoy relaxing with a good book. During wintertime I love to ski – in the summer my element is water.

Professional life:

In the year 2005 I took over the management of Weinberger Biletti Immobilien Graz in Styria. As I grew up in the former house management Gitta Wiesbacher I returned to my roots in Graz.

During my school time and my studies of law I worked in administration. In October of 2000 I commenced my activities at Weinberger Biletti Immobilien, first as house manager, later in project development. I deepened and specialised my practical knowledge in the framework of another study course  – „Real Estate Management“ – at the Donau-University Krems and the passed  the concession examination for management and brokerage.

„I am especially interested in the longstanding value maintenance of the real estate. I enjoy elaborating the ideal management and further development of the property together with the customer.“

Hobbies:

My favourite leisure activities and interests are hiking, sports, especially soccer (unfortunately the functionary is predominant), local culture events but also politics.

Professional life:

Meanwhile I have been working in the house management and real estate trustee branch for over 30 years. I passed the concession examination in 1986. I have been managing many of the residential buildings we are entrusted with since their construction. After consistent further training I am mainly specialised on maintenance and residential building restoration; because „value maintenance“ of the real estate and thus also a part of the living space is increasingly gaining importance. My longstanding experience with owners helps me to support them in the mutual formulation of will in order to be able to realize a restoration project successfully in practice.

I gladly accept the challenge to solve the small, daily problems and see myself as a partner for property owners, house owners and renters, but also for my colleagues due to my experience.
